If you watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians on the reg, you may have noticed a certain recurring character amid the drama of season 13. Appearing in not three, not four, but five episodes this season (according to Refinery29), a mystery drink has frequently inhabited Kardashian refrigerators and counter space.
We’ve seen Kourtney drink it (and even share a bottle with niece North) and we’ve seen it in Kim’s fridge, so judging from what we already know from the sisters’ diets, we know off the bat it’s gotta be healthy. But we need deets.

Turns out the drink is Harmless Harvest Coconut Water, a high-end, organic, responsibly harvested coconut water. Unlike some coconut waters, Harmless Harvest is made without boiling or cooking the water; in fact, no preservatives or additives are added at all.
According to Harmless Harvest’s website, it’s made with coconuts from Thailand, where the company works with farmers for eco-friendly and sustainable farming solutions. Billing itself as “America’s first fair for life coconut water,” the company also says that the pink hue found in some bottles is the result of the water’s antioxidants interacting with light.
Organic, millennial pink coconut water? Could anything be more up the Kardashians’ alley?
In case you forgot, coconut water is a fitness lover’s best friend: Not only is it ultra hydrating, but it’s also full of electrolytes and potassium to help replenish energy sources and prevent muscle cramps after an intense sweat sesh. Even if you’re not a fitness buff, you can’t deny its anti-aging and digestion-aiding benefits โ plus, it can help you cure that nasty hangover that is only getting worse with age.
If the coconut water you’re buying isn’t sold in transparent bottles like Harmless Harvest, just be sure to give it a good shake (and a listen) before cracking one open.
