Jeremy Meeks (aka “Hot Mugshot Guy“) has just filed for separation from his wife Melissa after she revealed she intends on divorcing him.
Meeks submitted the paperwork on Monday, according to TMZ. The couple has been married for eight years, but that seems to be coming to an end after Meeks was caught cheating during an outing in Turkey with heiress Chloe Green.

After Melissa learned of the cheating, she revealed their relationship was over. She recalled the moment she confronted her husband in an interview this past weekend.
“He kept saying, ‘I’m sorry, you didn’t deserve this,’ ” she said. “We talked about divorce. I told him I didn’t think the marriage could be saved. He agreed. The marriage is over.”

The couple has one child together, Jeremy Jr., and the convict-turned-model was also a parent to Melissa’s son from a previous relationship.
“Did either of them think about the children and how this will affect them?” Melissa said. “They’re the innocent victims in this. And so am I. I didn’t want my pain and anger to hurt the children. I am very hurt and angry but those children love their daddy. He’d been away and they missed him.”
While the couple could always end the separation before the divorce is finalized, the odds do not look good.
