Hocus Pocus star Vinessa Shaw is going to be a mother!
The 41-year-old actress revealed the exciting news on Instagram Saturday with a photo of herself with husband Kristopher Gifford posing in front of a step-and-repeat, which read, “Greats news! I am pregnant!”

“Great News! We are proud and excited to share that we are expecting a little one early next year!” Shaw wrote.
She also explained the photo’s backdrop, writing, “My hubby is a graphic designer, so I hope you appreciate his cheekiness.”
While the couple put plenty of effort into their original pregnancy announcement, Shaw found another way to share the news in a way that captured Hocus Pocus fans’ attention.
In another post, she shared a photo of the film-themed post featuring a positive pregnancy test, with a background of the three witches. The post reads, “Winnie, I smell… a child. It’s just a bunch of hocus pocus.”
In addition, Shaw captioned the photo, “Maybe I should have used this for my pregnancy announcement??”
Congratulations to the happy couple!
