From a birthing throwback to a famous singer mocking his iconic tattoo, below are some of the best throwback recreations.
Ariana Grande
Ariana Grande revealed that at any age she can serve the perfect side-eye.
The singer shared a side-by-side photo of herself now and from when she was a toddler. In the snap, she wore a yellow sweatshirt and posed for the camera, but made sure to give a sassy look.
The only difference between the two photos is Grande’s long hair.
Nick Lachey
Nick Lachey is giving us major ’90s vibes with his throwback photo.
The former 98 Degrees member poked fun at his own tattoo, which made for a perfect photo and meme. He shared an old photo shoot of himself showing off his sun tattoo with an outstanding caption.
In the left photo, the singer shows off his sun tattoo with 98 degrees written in the middle, while on the right side he shows the same tattoo, but colored in.
“How hot is it? Hell if I know, but it sure is sunny …” he wrote under the side-by-side photo.
Lachey also captioned the snap, “Today’s forecast…”
Kate Beckinsale and Michael Sheen
Kate Beckinsale posted quite possibly the most epic throwback photo recreation of all time.
Seventeen years after the birth of her and Michael Sheen’s daughter, Lily, the amicable exes got together again to recreate the photo from the day she was born. In the side-by-side photo, Beckinsale holds her daughter while Sheen smiles in the background.
“Always a baby to me #Lily,” wrote Beckinsale, captioning the family picture on Instagram.
The only thing that has changed is Lily is now grown, because Sheen’s hair is still the same and Beckinsale looks like she hasn’t aged.
Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky
Michael Phelps and Katie Ledecky recreated their photo after the 2016 Rio Olympics.
At 9 years old, Ledecky met her idol, Olympic swimmer Phelps, during an autograph signing. Fast forward a decade later and the two were on the same Olympic team competing in the summer games, where they both won gold medals.
In the bottom photo, the pair posed for a similar snapshot, but this time Phelps was asking for Ledecky’s autograph.
Courtney and Mario Lopez
The Lopez family has grown, but the couple hasn’t aged.
Courtney and Mario Lopez recreated a family photo with their now 6-year-old daughter Gia.
While on vacation, the trio posed in the same position with the mother-daughter duo balancing on top of the Extra host’s shoulders.
“From 6 months to 6 years. Not a baby anymore,” wrote the mother of two.
