Danielle Bregoli may be just 14, but she’s already found herself in a number of sticky situations, of both the tame and legal variety.
From car stealing to physical altercations and more, the teen’s rap sheet isn’t exactly empty. Bregoli found fame after appearing on Dr. Phil in 2016 and coining her now-famous phrase “cash me ousside,” but the teen was engaging in illegal activities long before she found Internet fame.

Five years probation
Bregoli was in legal trouble before her fame-inducing appearance on Dr. Phil in 2016, as she had previously stolen her mom, Barabara’s, car and phone and called the police to falsely report on her mother’s use of heroin.
On Tuesday, the teen was sentenced to five years probation on a number of charges after pleading guilty to four charges in June including two counts of grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report, TMZ reports.
The sentence was part of a deal that involved other dropped charges, and the judge ruled that Bregoli may complete her probation in California as she is currently living there with her mother.
Airline dispute
In February, Bregoli was removed from a Spirit Airlines flight after getting involved in a physical dispute with another passenger.
Bregoli was traveling with her mother, who was struggling to put her bag in the overhead bin as she was wearing a walking cast for an injured foot, TMZ reports. Another passenger reportedly took issue with the wait and put her hands on Barbara’s throat, according to Bregoli, who then punched the passenger.
The passenger made a citizen’s arrest, and police arrived shortly after and escorted all three off the plane. No charges were reportedly filed.
Ice cream incident
Bregoli was also involved in a February incident in which her friend reportedly threw ice cream at a bar patron which resulted a series of street brawls, according to TMZ.
Police arrived on the scene and Bregoli was not arrested.
Marijuana citation
In April, Bregoli was cited for possession of marijuana, TMZ reports.
The teen was reportedly at a friend’s house in Florida when her friend pulled out a joint, which cops driving by happened to notice. Police reportedly asked both girls if they were smoking, but neither copped to it or called out the other, so they both received citations.
