Everyone’s favorite Teen Mom stars are back for a new season of highs, lows and everything in between. The first look trailer of season 6 of Teen Mom OG promises that drama will be at an all-time high.
According to the preview, and PEOPLE, fans will get to see Amber Portwood dealing with her fiancé’, Matt Baier’s dishonesty about his past and his finances. Similarly, fans will get more of the on-again, off-again relationship between Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran, who can’t seem to keep it together.

Not everything is bad news for the moms, however. The clip starts off with some exciting news for Maci Bookout and her boyfriend Taylor McKinney. Well, actually, there are two exciting moments for the pair as fans will see when Bookout realizes she is pregnant with her third child.
Then there is Catelynn Lowell, who breaks down in the clip. Fans will see how she decided to admit herself into a treatment center for her mental issues and postpartum depression. She even admits in the trailer that she feel that she needs to go away to seek help.
Teen Mom OG premieres August 22 with a two-hour episode on MTV.
