'Dancing With the Stars' Partners Mauricio Umansky and Emma Slater Spotted Holding Hands

Is there a new romance blooming on Dancing With the Stars? Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Mauricio Umansky and his pro dancer partner Emma Slater are sparking romance rumors after they were spotted holding hands following a dinner date. Their outing comes months after it was reported that Umansky had separated from his wife, RHOBH star Kyle Richards. It also comes amid Slater's own divorce from fellow DWTS pro Sasha Farber. 

According to Entertainment Tonight, Umansky and Slater were seen having a "flirty dinner" on Sunday at Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills. After dinner, they were seen holding hands as they left the restaurant together. Additionally, an eyewitness claimed that they saw the DWTS partners kissing while they were inside the restaurant.

As previously mentioned, these romance rumors come months after it was announced that Mauricio Umansky had split from his wife, Kyle Richards. Shortly after it was reported that they were going their separate ways, Umansky and Richards issued a joint statement on social media to specifically deny that they were getting a divorce. They stated that "any claims regarding divorcing are untrue."

"However, yes, we have had a rough year. The most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously," their statement continued. "There has been no wrongdoing on anyone's part. Although we are in the public eye, we ask to be able to work through our issues privately. While it may be entertaining to speculate, please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative. Thank you for the love and support, Kyle & Mauricio."

Despite stating that they had no intentions to divorce, Umansky did tell TMZ in September that he and his wife were indeed separated. He told the outlet, "Kyle and I are human beings, OK? We have emotions, we have feelings, we're going through a really hard time, OK?" The Buying Beverly Hills star continued, "We are currently separated, we are not talking about divorce and we're trying to deal with this stuff internally with ourselves privately."

Even though they may not be on the best of terms at the moment, Richards did attend the Dancing With the Stars Season 32 premiere alongside her and Umansky's daughter Alexia to support the Mirrorball Trophy hopeful and his partner, Slater. However, as Heavy noted, Richards did not appear to be wearing her wedding ring as she rooted Umansky on.
