Calvin Harris Released a New Breakup Song, Is It About Taylor Swift?!

It seems like Calvin Harris might be having a hard time getting over Taylor Swift, who he dated for over a year, ET Online reports.

After confrming the split in a tweet that led to a Twitter war, Swift’s team was quick to make note that she wrote the song, “This is what you came here for” under a pseudonym,

“And she sings on a little bit of it too,” the scottish DJ explained last June. “Amazing lyrics writer and she smashed it as usual. I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut vocals though. And initially she wanted to keep it a secret, hence the pseudonym. [It’s] hurtful to me at this point that her and her team would go so far out of their way to try and make ME look bad at this stage though.”

In his new song “My Way” his lyrics say,

“Lie awake two faced, but in my heart I understand. I made my move, but it was all about you. Now I feel so far removed. You were the one thing in my way.”

Is this about Taylor? He never directly mentions her by name but fans have been quick to come up with theories about what these cryptic lyrics might mean.
