Kailyn Lowry has revealed details on the initial custody plans for her unnamed newborn son.
The father of Lowry’s third child, Chris Lopez, is no longer with her, but was present at the hospital after the infant was born. Based on her latest comments, it appears she’s letting him be as involved as he wants to be.

“(Chris) has school and work,” she told Radar. “I’m able to be home right now so I’ll have the baby most of the time. I told him he could see the baby whenever he wants.”
She also confirmed that Lopez’s name would be on the birth certificate. However, she said she hasn’t even considered any kind of child support requests.
She also revealed that despite what was presumed, she always hoped Lopez would come around in time for the birth.
“I was always hoping he would come,” she said. “Just based on how our relationship has been there was always a question whether he would have his phone on him or would he be at work. I’m so glad that he came.”
Lowry was also asked is she had any worries about her three boys spending enough time together, being as they each have different dads with visitation rights.
“I’m not worried about that at all,” she said. “My kids go to their dads on their weekends, and I have them on the same weeks. We’ll work something out for them to be together.”
