‘Westworld’ Season 2 Casts Katja Herbers as Series Regular

HBO has officially added the first new cast member to the sci-fi hit’s second season, and she’s fresh off another popular series on the premium network.

According to Deadline, Westworld has cast Katja Herbers in a series regular role for Season 2. If you recognize the name, it’s because Herbers just finished an arc on the third and final season of The Leftovers.

The report states that Herbers will be playing a guest in the Westworld park. The actress will portray Grace, a seasoned guest in Westworld whose latest visit comes at the park’s darkest hour. This likely means that Grace showed up to the park during the Season 1 finale, when many of the important guests watched the hosts overthrow Dr. Ford.

Herbers is the third actor given a series regular role, joining Louis Herthum and Talulah Riley. However, both of these performers already had roles in Season 1 but were given promotions leading up to the new installment. Herbers is the first new cast member to join since last season.

In addition to The Leftovers, Herbers has appeared in shows like Manhattan and The Americans.
