David Harbour is giving the fans a preview of what they can expect to see out of his character, Chief Hopper, on the upcoming season of Stranger Things. During the San Diego Comic-Con Stranger Things panel, the 42-year-old revealed that his character is going to go through a drastically different arc than Season 1 of the wildly popular Netflix series.

“In Season 2, it’s a year later and you can’t do the same thing,” he said. “One of the interesting things is that there is a psychology that comes with a heroic action. You’re going to see a wildly different arc this time, but it’s just as good. It all starts with leaving Eggos out in the woods.”

At SDCC 2017, Harbour also dished on the future of Stranger Things. He says that the Duffer brothers aren’t looking to perpetuate story lines like many shows have done in the past. Rather, there will be a finite conclusion to the series.
