While shopping at a Walmart in Burnsville, Minnesota recently, Gina Lescarbeau was stopped before exiting the store by two loss prevention workers who claimed she did not pay for one of the items in her cart, despite the fact that she did, in fact, pay for it.
The source of the tension was a Lion King toy in Lescarbeau’s cart, with the officer believing the item was $15 and seeing no $15 item on Lescarbeau’s receipt.

Lescarbeau immediately became angry and began recording the situation, keeping her camera on as she was taken to a back office while the officer checked the price of the toy.
“The lion isn’t on the receipt,” the officer says. “I don’t see anything on there for 15 dollars.”
“Really what’s the price on it?” Lescarbeau asks, pointing out a sticker on the box. “It’s seven dollars right?”
“According to your website it’s seven dollars,” she adds.

The officer eventually scans the item and appears to realize his mistake, retreating into his office as Lescarbeau continues to record him.
“You’re going to make me look f—ing criminal?!” she says. “Yeah your face a little red you’re gonna make me look f—ing dumb.”
“Keep cussing at me, see where’s it’s gonna get you,” the officer tells her, with Lescarbeau firing back, “Am I going to cussing jail?”
