While Netflix got popular because TV and movies fans could binge their favorite titles online, the streaming service has now become well-known for producing quality original programming.

From Orange is the New Black to House of Cards to Stranger Things, Netflix has done some truly groundbreaking work.

This September, the service is looking to continue that trend with a fairly large slate of new originals.

Next month, Netflix is set to debut plenty of new TV episodes and original movies. Here’s what’s on the way:

Narcos Season 3

Netflix is starting off the month strong, debuting the third season of Narcosย on September 1.ย

The second season of the acclaimed cartel drama ended with the death of drug lord Pablo Escobar. While he was the focal point early on, the story is far from over.

Season 3 will see Javier Pena (Pedro Pascal) take on the dangerous Cali Cartel – the group Escobarย was at war with in his final days.

Fans can definitely expect something different from the new installment, but it looks to be a positive change.

BoJack Horseman Season 4

TV fans love animated comedies, and BoJackย Horseman has become one of the more celebrated of the genre.

Starring Will Arnett, BoJackย tells the story of a horse-turned-actor who ruled the world of television when he was young. However, now that he’s a little older, he can’t seem to stay relevant.

While the show is incredibly funny, many have loved the more dramatic moments that have appeared throughout.

Season 4 is set to premiere on September 8.

American Vandal

True crime documentaries have been a staple of Netflix’s original programming slate, with shows like Making a Murderer and The Keepers garnering rave reviews.

With American Vandal, the studio is aiming to make a hilarious play on the genre.

The series was filmed to look like a true crime series, but it’s a fictional story about a high school guy who was expelled for spray-painting genitalia on the cars of all the teachers.

This mockumentary series is one-of-a-kind, and it debuts on September 15.

Fuller House Season 3 (Part 1)

Full House was a sitcom mainstay in the ’90s, and nostalgia has brought it back to power once again.

Netflixย created a revival of the original series, focusing on the children of the family now that they’ve grown-up.ย

Though not the biggest hit with critics, Netflixย fans have adored Fuller House. Viewers have watched both seasons multiple times, and it was no surprise when a third was announced.

The first half of Fuller House Season 3 will premiere on September 22.

Original Movies

After producing a few hit television shows, Netflixย moved into the world of feature films.ย

On September 15, Netflixย will debut First They Killed My Father, which was directed by Angelina Jolie. The movie is based on a memoir by Loungย Ung, chronicling the civil war in Cambodia.

That same day, Netflixย is also releasing a new documentary called Strong Island. The Yanceย Ford film documents the death of his brother, and the case that allowed the murderer to go free.

Finally, on September 29, the streaming service will premiere a film called Our Souls at Night. Starring Robert Redford and Jane Fonda, the film follows a widower who finds comfort in the arms of a neighbor.
