'Down Range': Tenderfoot TV Releases Trailer of Podcast Series Featuring Remi Adeleke

Remi Adeleke will host 'Down Range' with Rich Choppa.

Remi Adeleke, who is known for his roles in the movie Plane and the Prime Video series The Terminal List, has a new podcast that pays tribute to men and women who served in the American Special Forces. PopCulture.com obtained the trailer for Down Range, a new podcast series from Tenderfoot TV and Telegraph Creative. Adeleke, a former Navy SEAL, will host the podcast series along with former Army Ranger and Lieutenant Colonel Rich Choppa. The first two episodes will premiere on all podcast platforms on Nov. 2.

As the official synopsis states, Down Range "highlights the men and women who dedicate their lives to defend our country, while shining a light on highly-emotional, first-person narratives of heroism and sacrifice. With each episode, listeners will gain a full 360 experience, hearing bullets whistle overhead and crack as they set off mini-sonic booms just inches away, and feeling what it was like to silently drop onto battlefields, focusing on the bravery and courage it takes to risk everything in service for the mission."

Throughout the series, Adeleke and Choppa will talk to different members of the American Special Forces, including Sergeant Michael Harryman who served in the Army as the highest level of military sniper. The two will also talk to Kayla Williams who is currently working as a United States government official and previously served as an Arabic linguist/interpreter in the Army. The series features eight episodes and will end with two bonus "Meet the Host" episodes where Adeleke and Choppa each share their own background and how they transition from being in the American Special Forces to finding success in other fields.

Adeleke, who is also an executive producer on the series, enlisted in the Navy in 2002. He ended his naval career in 2016 and went to work in television and movies. Adeleke appeared in the films Transformers: The Last Knight and Ambulance. On the television side, Adeleke has appeared in SEAL Team and Special Forces: World Toughest Test. Adeleke has also worked as a writer, producer and director. He recently directed a short film called The Unexpected which is about uncovering an international organ harvesting ring.
