‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Kailyn Lowry Opens up About Her Biggest Pregnancy Concern

Kailyn Lowry’s due date is quickly approaching, but Teen Mom 2 is only just now airing the early stages of her pregnancy.

On Sunday night’s episode, Lowry‘s secret will spill out, and she’ll finally have to start telling her friends and family the big news. That means she’ll need to tell her two sons, Lincoln and Isaac.

In a promo for the episode, Lowry is seen talking to Jo Rivera, Isaac’s father. She reveals the big news to him and says she’s terrified of the boys’ reactions.

“I’m ready to start filming about being pregnant,” she says. “What am I gonna tell the kids? Are they gonna think I’m a piece s–t?”

In another sneak peek at the upcoming episode, Lowry can be seen feeling stressed, overwhelmed and sick. She drops Isaac off at her ex-husband Javi Marroquin‘s house then calls her friend to vent.

That’s when the big news slips out.

“Dude you’re so pregnant,” the friend says.

Lowry is visibly jarred by the announcement, as she wasn’t ready to reveal her pregnancy just yet.

Lowry is currently pregnant with her third child, and the Teen Mom 2 star used Snapchat Wednesday to learn the sex of her baby, although the results aren’t exactly medically accurate.

The reality star had a friend hold a ring on a chain over her belly, trying out the old wives’ tale that dictates if the jewelry swings in circles, it’s a girl, and if it swings back and forth, it’s a boy.

“It’s a girl!” the friend exclaimed as the ring swung in circles. “I used to do high-risk maternal child health. I did it on every patient, it was always right.”

Lowry is already mom to son Isaac Elliot, 7, whom she shares with ex-boyfriend Rivera, and son Lincoln Marshall, 3, whose dad is ex-husband Marroquin.

The 25-year-old confirmed in May that the baby’s father is her longtime friend Chris Lopez, and she has since been discussing potential names with fans on Twitter.

Teen Mom 2 fans have been dying to know what Lowry will name her third child, which is due some time soon.

Lowry let one of her top choices slip on Sunday afternoon when she polled her Twitter followers on a possible name choice.

She asked fans, “I like last names for first names, how do we feel about Murphy for baby lo?”

She tweeted out the question with a simple yes or no poll, and the results were less than promising. With 39,149 voting, 78 percent said “no” to baby Murphy. That’s more than 30,500 people against.

If she listens to that crowd, Murphy is off the list.

Based on her following tweets, it appears she is taking the poll to heart and is keeping her options open.

She shared a screenshot of herself Googling how long she had to name her child after birth. According to her search, she has six months to register a name, so that should be plenty of time.

However, Lopez allegedly doesn’t want anything to do with her anymore. He’s refusing to appear on Teen Mom 2, Lowry says it’s because he “doesn’t want his other hoes to know about (her).”

“Things ended pretty badly,” a source said to Hollywood Life. “He’s been a real ass to her, and has made it clear he doesn’t want anything to do with the baby. Kailyn’s hoping he will change his mind when the baby arrives — she doesn’t care about the financial side of things.”

Teen Mom 2 star Lowry is getting closer to officially being a mother of three.

As her due date approaches for her third baby, the reality star spent some time taking maternity photos by the ocean to commemorate her pregnancy.

In a series of three pictures, the MTV star poses in a long black, off-the shoulder gown that shows off her growing baby bump. In two of the photos, she finishes of the understated look with a red flower crown.

The day prior, she shared a sneak peek of the photo shoot on Instagram, posing on the beach by a mountain of rocks. “Had so much fun taking my maternity pictures,” she wrote.
