Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star Mama June is making an appearance on another reality show, Botched, and a clip of the episode reveals some startling information, E! Online reports. The reality star mom claims that the doctor who delivered her youngest daughter, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson, cut too deep and sliced the baby’s forehead.

Mama June explained to the plastic surgeons that she was there to see them about scar tissue caused by having four C-sections. It sounds like the doctor who delivered her last child did not know what he was doing.

“You’re saying when he did the C-section he got so deep it actually cut into Honey Boo Boo’s forehead?” Dr. Dubrow, one of the stars of the surgery show asked.

Mama June confirmed that the scalpel cut Honey Boo Boo’s forehead, not just once, but twice.

“In all my life I’ve never heard of a C-section where a scalpel goes too deep and actually slices into the baby’s forehead or even touches a baby,” Dr. Nassif exclaimed. “How does that happen? What type of doctor did this?!”

The episode is set to air Tuesday night.
