Charles Manson is one of the most notorious criminals in U.S. history. He was the leader of a deranged cult that he referred to as the Manson Family, and in 1969, he even commanded his followers to commit murder.

The Manson Family went on a killing spree, and murdered seven people. The most famous victim of the group was Sharon Tate, the wife of director Roman Polanski.

Because Manson is such a haunting figure, he's been a regular fixture in the media, and has been interviewed multiple times while in prison. While there are a countless number of moments in which he exhibited terrifyingly bizarre behavior, there are several incidents that stand out.
