When former Miss Universe Australia Chontel Duncan posted a photo of her baby bump next to her friend's baby bump, it went viral because the two moms-to-be had different, but equally healthy, pregnant bellies. Now, both moms featured in the photo have given birth to healthy baby boys.
Duncan, a fitness model, and her friend Nat Smith, a mother of three, posed for the photo. They were four weeks apart at the time. The photo went viral because it contained such a positive message about women's, specifically pregnant women's, bodies.
"Each woman carries differently and this most certainly doesn't mean one is doing something wrong or not healthy," Duncan wrote in the original viral post. "We both have healthy growing babies and we both have had incredible pregnancies so far."
Over the weekend, Duncan shared on Instagram that she had given birth to a little boy who she named Jeremiah.
He was born less than a month after Smith gave birth to son Charlee.
Charlee decided to say a few words ☺️🏽 cutest little man. It was cut very short so wasn't able to go into more detail but it was a fun experience for Nat, Charlee & I. #7:40am #qld #sunrise

Smith told Sunrise last week, "[The photo] proves that two people can have two different pregnancies and they're not the same. It just proves that it doesn't matter what size you are, it doesn't mean you're unhealthy. It just means that you have two different pregnancies. Just look at Chontel and I."
Here's hoping Charlee and Jeremiah grow up to be best friends, too!
