This guy just wanted to take off his shirt and shoes, grab an American flag and headbang to some Slayer. The wind whips his hair and the flag, but he just rocks out to Raining Blood.
It's not the worst way to celebrate Reign in Blood's 30-year anniversary, it's just probably not the safest.
