Tom Cruise Poses With Superman for Mission: Impossible 6 Photo

Mission: Impossible 6 is currently filming, bringing back long time collaborators Tom Cruise and his Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation director Christopher McQuarrie for another high-octane espionage action adventure.
As with any Mission: Impossible movie, Cruise and company are providing some nice teases about what kind of stunt work and action set pieces we'll see in the movie - and today's offering is a behind-the-scenes look at M:I6 that will make fans geek out!
Christopher McQuarrie posted the photo to his Instagram account earlier today: The photo is seemingly taken in Paris, France, as we can see the Eiffel Tower lighting up the background. It looks as though Cruise is about to embark on some kind of base jumping or rappelling stunt sequence - and with him is Superman himself, Henry Cavill!
Cavill is sporting a Burt Reynolds moustache and looks like he is suited up to be right in the middle of the action, alongside Cruise. Besides being Superman, Cavill also has a lot of newfound cred in the spy/espionage genre: the actor played CIA man Napoleon Solo in the 2015 movie reboot of The Man From U.N.C.L.E. Cavill's version of solo was a suave and cool spy guy; his Mission: Impossible 6 character looks a lot more... rustic.
Laugh as much as you want at 'Armageddon,' but seeing Bruce Willis say one last goodbye to his daughter and save the world brings tears to my eyes every time.
'Speed' never stops moving and has Dennis Hopper in perfect form.
Nic Cage as Castor Troy is really the only reason anyone needs to see 'Face/Off.' That, and doves. Lots and lots of doves.
John McClane taking on Hans Gruber's relative? Yes, please. 'Die Hard With A Vengeance' is another great edition to the franchise.
'Independence Day' was a pillar in absurd, but addictively enjoyable '90s action films. Randy Quaid is my hero.
An engaging, fun plot? Kathryn Bigelow behind the camera? And Patrick Swayze as the one and only, Bodhi? 'Point Break' is '90s action movies in a bottle.
From start to finish, 'Con Air' is probably the most action-packed '90s film that features a beautifully maniacal John Malkovich and a hilariously campy Nic Cage as Cameron Poe.
One of the best sequels ever to be created. 'Terminator 2: Judgement Day' is another testament to James Cameron's sequel skills.
'True Romance' may be unexpected, but its a great first screenwriting run from Quentin Tarantino and displays some awesome characters, specifically Gary Oldman as the creepy as hell Drexl Spivey.
'The Rock' is hands down the best action film of the '90s. Michael Bay made a popcorn flick masterpiece with this film. Green Flares!
