Following his arrest on Saturday night in Georgia, footage of singer, Aaron Carter talking smack about Shia LaBeouf was leaked by TMZ, with Carter revealing he “doesn’t drink” or “get DUIs.”
The news agency obtained video of Carter in his hometown of Tampa, Florida last Monday speaking out against LaBeouf’s recent drunken run-in with the law, stating, “You won’t catch me getting any DUIs… I don’t even drink.”

While LaBeouf wasn’t booked for a DUI, law enforcement did arrest him for public drunkness, obstruction of justice and disorderly conduct.
Authorities report Carter was just 90 miles from Atlanta with his girlfriend, Madison Parker, when he was pulled over at around 9 p.m. local time for driving under the influence, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and possession of drug-related objects.
Police reports state that Carter refused to undergo a breathalyzer and drug test to determine his blood alcohol level.

As for LaBeouf’s recent arrest, TMZ acquired footage of the actor in multiple belligerent and profane arguments with his arresting officers while in Georgia last week. He was arrested in his hotel lobby and did not go easy, yelling at the officers, “I have rights! I’m an American. You got me in my hotel, arresting me in my hotel for doing what, Sir?”
After being arrest, LaBeouf issued an apology on Wednesday for the racist tirade he went on while at the police station.
