Anna Faris Reportedly a ‘Complete Wreck’ After Chris Pratt Separation

As fans are devastated that Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are separating, one half of the former comedy power couple is reportedly not doing well at all after the announcement was made.

Faris is allegedly a “wreck” in the wake of the separation, according to sources speaking with HollywoodLife.

“She’s a complete wreck right now,” the source said. “She’s been fighting to save her marriage for the past year and she feels like fame won.”

The fame comment fits in line with the rumors that have been swirling in the past week. Many attribute the relationship turmoil to Pratt’s rising star power. He allegedly wanted to keeping travelling the world and taking on big projects, but Faris wanted to stay more grounded in Los Angles with their 4-year-old-son Jack.

The source says that the couple’s relationship dynamic “shifted when he became an action hero” and that Faris wishes he never would have gotten roles in the blockbuster Guardians of the Galaxy and Jurassic World franchises.

“Things were so much better for them when he was just the funny guy,” the source said. “Anna wishes that he’d never gotten in shape. She’s convinced that was the beginning of the end for them.”

The couple, who married in 2009, announced their separation on August 6 through social media posts.

“Anna and I are sad to announce we are legally separating,” Pratt wrote. “We tried hard for a long time, and we’re really disappointed.”
