Due to Grey's Anatomy's season 13 dramatic finale, it should come as no surprise to hear that Marika Dominczyk's character Eliza Minnick will not return for the next season, TV Line reports.

Dr. Arizona Robbins, played by Jessica Capshaw, will have to find a new love interest for season 14 as her relationship with Minnick will most likely end.

Dominczyk joined the ABC drama last Novemer in her reccuring role. Her character's exit was foreshadowed in the May finale when Minnick was abruptly fired by Dr. Bailey.

In her finale scene, Minnick notified Arizona of her termination, however we never saw the couple officially break up.

ABC declined to comment on Dominczyk's Grey's status.

This is the latest announcement in cast changes for Grey's Anatomy's season 14, which will return on Thursday, Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. CT.

As previously reported, Kim Raver and Matthew Morrison are set to reprise their roles as Teddy, Owen Hunt's ex, and Paul, Jo's husband. In additional, Timeless' Abigail Spencer will replace Bridget Regan as Owen's presumed-dead sister Megan Hunt.
