In a new Instagram post, Pierce Brosnan has shared a message honoring Robin Williams, his Mrs. Doubtfire co-star.
The post is a picture of the “drive by fruiting” of Mrs. Doubtfire, where Williams’ character throws a piece of fruit at Brosnan’s character’s head.

“I remember this day like it was yesterday …it was a San Francisco morning on the set of “Mrs Doubtfire” …a drive by fruiting,” Brosnan captioned the photo.
“I thought we would be there all morning trying to get the shot, Robin nailed it on the second take,” he added.
“I am so proud to have been part of that movie and to have known the great Robin Williams,” he said.
Williams passed away on August 11, 2014, after completing suicide.
The British actor’s followers took to praising him for his kind words on Instagram.
“What a beautiful capture photo that been taken really handsome and the smile is very lovable….Such brilliant & great film that was created, especially the actor make the film more fantstic…I love this movie! Thank you so much for sharing this memories with us…Love to you Sir @piercebrosnanofficial & your family!!!” one user wrote.
