According to TMZ, Repp was arrested on Saturday morning at the Tampa Convention Center after cops had been on the lookout for him due to his history with Beckinsale.
A police officer identified Repp at the center and arrested him on the spot. He was in custody before Beckinsale’s 11 a.m. appearance for a Q&A panel.

According to the police report, Repp has been following and harassing Beckinsale for at least a year. He allegedly made physical contact with the actress at a Salt Lake City event in 2016. Repp touched her back and then threatened to attack her. He followed her again to a Houston event that same year, and was detained by the cops.
An officer said Repp appears to “have an irrational obsession with the victim and has traveled across the country in an effort to harass her.”
Beckinsale filed a police report at the police station later that day.
