Linkin Park lead singer Chester Bennington was found dead of an apparent suicide at his home in California Thursday morning, TMZ reports.

Since news of Bennington’s death broke, the music community has begun to mourn their fallen brother, with many taking to social media to pay their respects to the 41-year-old.

“Oh dear God. Massive R.I.P to Chester Bennington of @linkinpark this BREAKS OUR HEART,” read a tweet from One Republic. “Suicide is the devil on earth walking amongst us.”
