The saga of Paige and Alberto Del Rio has taken another turn. This morning it was announced that Del Rio (now going by Alberto El Patron) was being investigated for an incident that took place over the weekend with another female at the Orlando International Airport. TMZ has since released troubling audio of Paige yelling “stay out of my life” and “leave me the f*ck alone” as she apparently argued with El Patron during their altercation.
Paige can also be heard saying, “I’m trying to get away from you. All the time. Yes. You deserve it.” Del Rio responds by saying, “I’m pressing charges against you” to which Paige says, “At least it will get me the f*ck away from you.”

He then says, “Let’s go, I’m following you.” A concerned witness can then be heard saying, “Don’t follow her.”
Del Rio finishes by telling the witness to call the police, saying, “She assaulted me. She needs to be arrested. We got into a fight at the restaurant.”

The audio completely contradicts Paige’s earlier tweet about the incident, in which she stated that the police were called simply because of an angry fan throwing a drink at Del Rio.

Pro Wrestling Sheet reported that Global Force Wrestling would be investigating the situation, releasing a statement that said, “Global Force Wrestling takes all legal situations very seriously and is looking into this matter. GFW is a privately-held company and will thoroughly investigate this incident and fully cooperate with law enforcement.”
Del Rio unified the company’s Global Championship with the Impact Wrestling Championship at last weekend’s Slammiversary. Unfortunately for GFW, several weeks of Impact episodes have already been filmed with Del Rio obviously front and center for the promotion.
Del Rio made headlines earlier this morning for an expletive-ridden Instagram post where he challenged both Triple H and Xavier Woods to a fight. Here’s the excerpt from that:
“Tuesday next week a bunch of pโโ will be there in San Antonio. The man with the big nose and no balls, but also the pโโ from the rap battle will be too. Also with no balls. Like their boss. All yes men.
I’ll be in my restaurant. Starting at 10pm.
I’ll be waiting for you there.17776 Blanco Road.
La Cantinita.
And after I beat the sโ out of you. I’ll be you a drink. Just because I’m a good man.”

It was hardly a random post. This past Tuesday on SmackDown, the Usos has a rap battle against the New Day, so far so good. But when the Usos mentioned Xavier Woods’ sexual escapades with Del Rio’s fiance, Paige, the roof blew off the building. Twitter exploded. If Del Rio was on the edge, this certainly made him jump.
We’ll keep you posted as any further details arise.
