“SHAME on [you] Starbucks #PissedMyOwnPants in this location because [your] shameful employees refused to let me use the [toilet] I have piss in my shoe,” Osbourne tweeted Sunday.
A Starbucks spokesperson told PEOPLE that the location, being small, does not have a restroom.
“Inquiring customers are typically directed to a store a few blocks away,” the spokesperson said. “We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and hope to welcome Ms. Osbourne back for a beverage on us very soon!”
“We are working to follow up with Ms. Osbourne to clarify any confusion.”
