When Chanel McNair had her first breast augmentation at the age of 21, she had no idea the drama it would bring. Fast forward 18 years and the 39-year-old mom is about to undergo her third plastic surgery after her breasts "turned into pancakes."

On an episode of Botched, McNair tells Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif that although her initial breast augmentation that took her breasts from an A cup to a C cup "went perfect," after her pregnancy, they deflated.

"They turned into pancakes," McNair says, adding that she had another surgery done. "One was droopy and the other was bigger so [my surgeon] said I should get a lift. That didn't turn out well at all. That's when they started to get bent in."

"As the scar tissue formed, it sucked the lower portion of the breast tissue in," Dubrow explained.

McNair said in an effort to make her breasts go back to their A-cup state, she had her implants removed — but that didn't work, either.

"Sometimes when you take the implant out, it induces the immune system to continue the contraction process, and it can actually make it look even worse," Dubrow says.

When asked if she had considered cosmetic surgery before now to fix her breasts, Dubrow said that she was 100 pounds overweight at 282 pounds. She said that through walking every day, she was able to lose over 90 pounds, and hopes that with the extra weight gone that Dubrow and Nassif will be able to fix her breasts.

"Chanel is an incredible person," Nassif says. "She deserves help."
