Now that we finally know what American Horror Story will be about this season, the madness can begin.
After revealing that the seventh season of the horror anthology series would be titled Cult, creator Ryan Murphy is going into a little bit more detail about the new story. Specifically, he’s giving fans a peek at the character played by AHS veterans Evan Peters and Sarah Pauslon.

Murphy took to Instagram, as he often does, to share a drawing of the characters.
Kai (Peters) and Ally (Paulson) are set to be the focal point of the new installment, which features a cult of terrifying clowns. Murphy’s caption revealed that the two characters will be featured in a “love story for the ages.”

The drawing, paired with the caption from Murphy, makes it seem like a grim end is in sight for the lovers.
Other actors that are confirmed to be returning are Adina Porter (Roanoke), Cheyenne Jackson (Hotel, Roanoke), Marie Winningham (Coven, Freak Show, and Hotel), and Frances Conroy (Murder House, Asylum, Coven, Freak Show, Roanoke).
One star from previous seasons that won’t be returning is pop singer Lady Gaga. She was featured on the Hotel and Roanoke seasons, but will not be in Season 7.
American Horror Story: Cult premieres on September 5 at 10 pm on FX.
