“The thing I’m looking forward to most about the wedding day is probably the first kiss,” Duggar said, looking into Caldwell’s eyes. “That’s gonna be…”
Duggar trailed off, and Caldwell jumped in saying, “I would say so too.”

The couple seemed absolutely giddy now that their courtship is almost over, but they’ve still got some work to do. The couple says they have some more kinks in the planning to work out before they say their vows on the big day.
“Wedding planning has been going well so far, but there’s still plenty of details to finish up,” Caldwell said. “So I think that pretty soon, hopefully all the craziness will be over.”
“We are looking forward to being done with the wedding planning and having that set in stone,” Duggar added.
As mentioned earlier, the couple embarked on a lake day with their family and friends for their bachelor/bachelorette parties. They decided to use the occasion for a bonding exercise for their families and bundled them together.
“We decided to do a joint bachelor-bachelorette party because we love spending time together,” the couple told People. “We figured this would be a really good activity for both of our families to connect.”
TLC’s Counting On will return with more episodes on Sept. 11 at 8 p.m. CT.
