On Friday, 34-year-old pop singer Kelly Clarkson hilariously forgot the lyrics to her own songs during a rehearsal. She was broadcasting the rehearsal on Facebook Live to sing a few hit songs for her fans, but couldn’t manage to recall the lyrics to several of her classic tunes.

Clarkson started the mini performance with hit song “Catch My Breath,” but screwed up the lyrics before admitting she wrote the song. Then before singing “Beautiful Disaster,” Clarkson had to ask for a line. Later, she had to skip forward to the chorus of “Cry” because she couldn’t remember all the words.

“There’s a lot of songs,” Clarkson exclaimed. “It’s been 15 years.”

The mother of two repeatedly replaced the words she couldn’t remember with the word “something.” She nearly made it all the way through “Already Gone” before she flubbed the lyrics. “I’m going to get so much crap for this!” Clarkson laughingly said. “This is the worst idea.”

Clarkson then sang “Walk Away” when she forgot the second line. “Dear Lord, I don’t know lyrics!” she claimed. “This is hard! I’m sweating!”

On the last song of the Facebook live session, Clarkson belted out her massive hit “A Moment Like This,” which was also the last song she performed after winning American Idol in 2002. Once again she couldn’t recall all the lyrics. “You’re welcome for the comedy hour,” Clarkson joked with her followers. “Sorry I didn’t know my lyrics.”

Clarkson may have managed to mess up about every song, but hey, that’s what rehearsals are for, right?! While this was a funny moment for all the viewers, the pop star will probably think again before live-streaming her rehearsals on Facebook for all to see.
