Kelly Osbourne’s latest Instagram snap caused massive hysteria on social media on Sunday evening after fans noticed something particularly peculiar about the image.
The 32-year-old reality star wanted to share an innocent family photo on Easter Sunday, but she suffered an epic “photo fail.”

Kelly shared the picture on Instagram with the caption: “#SisterSunday #DivaLife with my sis @mrslisao #BestPoolDayEver.”
The image shows the Project Runway Junior host soaking up the sun with her sister-in-law Lisa Stelly. The two were enjoying a drink while taking a dip in the pool, but Kelly’s fans made one observation that had everyone losing their minds.
Just over Lisa Stelly’s shoulder is an extremely small hand. Some of Kelly’s fans thought the picture was a photoshop fail and others were just utterly perplexed as to why her arm looked so tiny. However, there was a perfectly good explanation for the bizarre photo.
One fan took to the comments section on Kelly’s post to write: “Whoa. Is that not a baby arm/hand over your friends left shoulder? It cannot be your hand!!!”

After one fan pointed out the perplexingly small arm in the background, almost every comment that followed was in regards to the miniature appendage.
“Never noticed your tiny left arm before. LOL! You’re stunning!” another fan commented.
Others pointed out that the arm appeared to have a floatie wrapped around it. “Little old to still be wearing floaties Kelly lol,” one comment read.
After heavy speculation as to the causation behind the extremely small arm, Kelly Osbourne finally offered an explanation in a follow-up Instagram post.
Kelly joined in on the fun posting a photo in which she added a red circle to highlight the baby arm and explained the “epic fail.”
The former Fashion Police host re-posted the image with the caption: “Check out my sexy baby arm! The most hysterical yet #epic #PhotoFail! This is instant karma For trying to hide my fat a** behind Lisa while holding my niece!”
After Kelly posted the photo to explain the strange sight, her followers all expressed how relieved they were to finally know the reasoning behind the baby arm.
The baby arm likely belongs to Lisa and Jack Osbourne’s 22-month old daughter Andy Rose, according to Daily Mail.
