Last month, Haynes confirmed his relationship with Leatham on Instagram with a black and white photo of the two snuggling in bed.
“It’s not every day that someone comes into your life & makes you want to be a better man,” the actor wrote. “I feel so blessed to be by your side @jeffleatham. #WhatMoviesAreMadeOf.”
The 28-year-old shared the couple’s exciting news on Instagram with a photo of the two kissing in front of a beautiful firework display on the beach.
Colton captioned the photo, “I SAID YES!!!,” adding a ring emoji.

Haynes then shared a wider shot of the couple watching the fireworks next to an enormous screen featuring Cher.
“Thank you @cher for the beautiful “I got you babe” proposal lead in, you sounded incredible as always 🙂 The most special night of my life @jeffleatham,” Haynes wrote, adding #flowers, #fireworks, #fullmoon and #cher.

Leatham recruited the one and only Cher to help him with his proposal.
Leatham shared a video of Cher and thanked her for helping him make his “Proposal Evening Epic.”
In the clip, Cher told Leatham to call her and spill all the details about the proposal.
