After an eleven-year hiatus, the Open Water franchise is back with the new installment, Open Water 3: Cage Dive being released this summer. We have an exclusive clip from the film to share – but be warned! The clip is definitely NSFW, as it features some serious gore.

Open Water 3: Cage Dive (originally known as the Australian movie Cage Dive) comes by way of director/writer Gerald Rascionato, and co-writer Stephen Lister. It stars Joel Hogan, Josh Potthoff, Megan Peta Hill and Pete Valley. You an check out the synopsis for the film, below.

SYNOPSIS: “Three friends filming an audition tape for an extreme reality show, take part in shark cage diving, only to be left in great white infested waters, turning their recording into life and death.”

Open Water 3: Cage Dive will be in limited theatrical release, and available on digital download and On Demand services starting this Friday, August 11th.
