Rosie O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea O'Donnell has been hospitalized at a Long Island hospital and is currently undergoing psychiatric evaluation, E! News reports. Rosie has tweeted that her daughter is doing "ok" after being admitted earlier this week.

The 19-year-old is said to be "alert and awake." It has yet to be determined when she will be released.

She is in good hands having been admitted into a state-wide program that offers emergency psychiatric evaluations and treatment services that include interventions or medical referrals based on the patient's needs.

A team of social workers, psychiatrists and other mental health professionals will evaluate Chelsea.

O'Donnell's rep has no comment.

Having been estranged from her daughter recently, it appeared that Rosie O'Donnell and her daughter's relationship was on the mends after Rosie posted a sweet selfie of them together for her daughter's 19th birthday.

This isn't the first time Chelsea has needed medical attention. Last summer she reportedly stopped taking her meds and went missing. Rosie was desperate to find her and urged people to contact authorities.

She was found in a house visiting a 26-year-old man in New Jersey.
