'Game of Thrones': Who Dies in the Season 7 Premiere?
After what seems like the longest wait in the history of waiting, Game of Thrones is finally ready [...]
One of the Sand Snakes
The Sand Snakes are a really cool set of characters, but it doesn't seem like they have much of a purpose left.
Really, what else are they going to do but serve as warriors for Dany?
There's bound to be a major battle at sea, as Khaleesi's forces go head-to-head with Euron and the Iron Fleet. While Dany's closest will likely survive, Sand Snakes aren't exactly good on the water.
You can also look to the promotional material for hints here. In the scenes of the trailers when Dany has been seen in Dragonstone, the Sand Snakes have been absent.
It's not looking good for the Martell daughters this season.
prevnextMeera Reed
No one wants to see Meera go, but she's another character that has seemingly outlived her purpose.
In the latest batch of photos, we saw Meera arrive in Castle Black, which means Bran has likely made it back to the wall. If this is the case, her job is basically done. Anyone there at Castle Black can pull the kid around.
While Meera could surprise us all and become one of the most beloved characters of the show in the last two seasons, that isn't exactly probable.
Sadly, she isn't poised to last very long.
prevnextTheon (Bold Prediction)
As the title suggests, this is a very bold prediction.
Think about it, Theon's story is all about redemption at this point. After betraying the only family to ever show him love, Theon was stripped of his manhood - literally - and thrown into slavery. Now he's dedicated his life to helping and protecting the Starks.
Theon is now on his way back to Westeros with the one group of people who can truly ensure its protection. The only problem is, ol' uncle Euron stands in the way.
There's a possibility that Theon could sacrifice himself for the greater good of the people
