The intimate details of a couple’s sex life are of no business to anyone, other than the couple themselves. Sharing details can lead to judgment from outside parties who have nothing to do with a situation, despite it having absolutely no impact on their lives. Lady Victoria Hervey knew this fact and, when rumors about sexual trysts between her, Mel B, and Stephen Belafonte began to surface, she kept quiet. That is, until now.
Merely a week ago, details about Mel B and Belafonte’s split focused on how their incorporation of other parties into their sex life could have led to their downfall, but now that allegations of domestic abuse have surfaced, Hervey wanted to confirm rumors in hopes of confirming behaviors she witnessed.

The 40-year-old socialite did confirm that the three shared a passionate night together, but went on to reveal that it was only the beginning of an emotionally intimate friendship with Mel B, which resulted in Hervey being told Mel “couldn’t leave initially leave as he controlled her finances.”

In an interview with The Sun, Hervey revealed, “She said he controlled all her finances and she wasn’t initially strong enough to leave him.” She added, “She said she waited until everything fell into place before she could do it and finally everything fell in to place and she knew it was time. No woman should suffer like she has, I feel terribly for her.
As far as the romantic encounter the trio had together, Mel wanted to try to relieve Hervey’s nerves about the situation, saying, “Mel said she just doesn’t know if videos exist of that night but she reassured me that they are unlikely to be coming out.”
Hervey herself didn’t go into details, but a friend of hers briefly described the encounter, saying, “It was all a blur and everyone was very drunk, especially Lady Victoria.”
They continued, “She told me one minute they were laying in bed watching a movie together, then they got carried away and Stephen was on top of her and Mel was kissing her.” Adding, ‘Next thing she can remember they all woke up naked in bed in the morning.
Mel B has yet to confirm or deny any of these allegations, but a court order has prevented Belafonte from releasing any intimate photos or videos that might exist of the two.
In a weird bargaining tactic, it appears as though one of the couple’s former nannies is in possession of the intimate media.
According to court documents, Mel B claims, “He [Stephen] has admitted to me that our former nanny, Lorraine Gilles, maintains possession and control over the media such that I could never have anyone locate the tapes so as to obtain and destroy the same.”
She added, “I believe that Lorraine Gilles and [Belafonte] are acting in concert to deprive me of my personal belongings by either destroying or disseminating said belongings.”
Adding more fuel to the fire of the situation, Mel B has claimed that Belafonte had an affair with a former nanny, has physically abused her, and was coerced into sexual trysts involving other women, which he then secretly recorded.
TMZ caught up with Belafonte about all these allegations, saying, “I’m really really distraught my brain how this is going to affect our children (sic), and the depths that she’s gone to. That’s it. I’m shocked at those allegations and that’s what it is.”
He continued, “‘I think someone’s set me up to look like a bad guy. Obviously, you saw my house got raided and nobody found anything. It’s accusation after accusation. But we’ll have our day in court.”
“We were friends two weeks ago. And now all of a sudden the team gets around and now it’s got to be this,” Belafonte added.
