Most parents work really hard to get their kids to utter something nice and simple, but it definitely depends on the parent.
Self-proclaimed geek, Michael McAvoy, has clearly invested a lot of his time making sure his daughter takes after his own interests, including his love for comic books.
In the video shared to Twitter that has received more than 19,000 retweets and 40,000 likes, McAvoy filmed his daughter sitting in her highchair, face riddled with strawberry stains and bright, blue eyes focused on the camera awaiting her father’s cue.
“Well, as a bit of a geek, I am over-the-moon with my daughter’s first word,” he wrote. “Can’t understand why my wife isn’t as happy about it.”
