Do not tell Amber Rose to “put it away, luv.” When the model posted a picture of herself in a bikini top and no bottoms, Piers Morgan– who is a British television personality, but is becoming best known for criticizing young women on the Internet– decided to chime in as if he’d learned nothing after slamming Ariana Grande earlier in the month.
“Put it away, luv. Thanks,” he tweeted at Rose.

Ironically, Rose posted the picture to promote her annual SlutWalk, an event dedicated to ending body shaming, empowering women, and turning the tables on victim-blaming and sexism.
Like others before her, including all around Twitter hero Chrissy Teigen, Rose did not hesitate to go a few rounds with the 52-year-old journalist.
Their Twitter exchange, which plays out below, does not disappoint.

Sometimes humor is the only response.
“I’ll take things misogynistic a—oles say for 500, Alex,” Rose responded.

Equally Twitter-savvy Morgan explained his stance. “It’s not ‘misogyny’ to think that posting nude photos in the supposed name of feminist empowerment is pathetic attention-seeking bulls**t.”
How many times do we have to go over the fact that all women find empowerment in different ways?

Rose got right to the root of the problem.
“Nude? Where? My breast nor my vagina was showing and my legs were closed,” she retorted. “I am assuming you are referring to the pubic hair that was shown in the picture. Uncomfortable? Get over it.”
However, that wasn’t Morgan’s issue with the photo, according to him.
“I can handle your naked body, Amber – relax. I just can’t handle your ridiculous claim to be stripping off in the name of feminism,” Morgan continued.
Of course, that response didn’t sit well with Rose.

They threw in some name calling for good measure.
One thing that the two did agree on was that the other was an idiot.
“Lol ur an idiot ur first tweet to me was… “Put it away luv thanks” Lol “it”????” Rose clapped back.
Morgan responded with, “Talking of idiots, can’t you think of a less dumb way to promote feminism than getting your kit off?”
That is when Rose decided to dig up some evidence to show that Morgan’s thoughts on the matter played into exactly the double standard she was trying to fight.
Hey @piersmorgan still attention seeking or Nah? pic.twitter.com/VA1BIVmKSS

That is when it seemed Rose got the upper hand.
Morgan proved her point perfectly when he defended Levine (not that Levine needed defending on our behalf).
“No, that was @adamlevine raising awareness for a UK prostate & testicular cancer charity,” Morgan said, as if Rose wasn’t raising awareness for a non-profit organization herself.
“Smh I raise awareness for my foundation as well Piers,” Rose once again reiterated. “That’s like saying breast cancer awareness is cool but what about HIV and AIDS.”
Lol @piersmorgan my “naked” body offended you for my nonprofit SLUTWALK but a woman grabbing Adam Levine’s dick and balls was cool??

Things took a seriously bizarre turn after that.
Have you ever wanted to see Piers Morgan nearly naked in front of a fire place? Here it is.
I am re-posting this in the name of male empowerment. ??

“I am re-posting this in the name of male empowerment,” Morgan captioned the shot. We’re actually on board with that. You do you, Morgan! No one should shame you for that on social media.
So, that’s when Rose closed the door on the whole conversation with this epic clapback.
“So you got naked for a Burger King check and ur giving me a hard time? Foh,” she wrote.
Drop the mic.
