The Top Gun star has had so much dental surgery that he has been left with a “monotooth.” In fact, his entire top row of teeth are slightly off-center.

At age 40, Cruise got braces to address his overbite and alignment problems. He showed them off while walking the red carpet at the 2002 premiere of Minority Report. Even after having his braces removed, Cruise still has a slightly off center smile.
