While Kim Kardashian has primarily stayed out of the ongoing drama between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star doesn’t mind stepping in to spend time with their daughter, Dream Kardashian. On Monday, the 36-year-old mother of three took to Instagram to upload a new photo that shows her spending time with her niece.
The Selfish author shared the snap with the caption: “Even her cry face is pretty! I’m gonna take notes!”

The image shows Kim sporting a gold dress while holding Dream, who is wearing an adorable pink dress with a matching hat. Even though Kim looks to be happy to pose for a photo with her 9-month-old niece, Dream didn’t look quite as thrilled as she was pictured mid-cry.
Because Rob and Chyna have been going through issues that reached a fever pitch after he posted a number of nude images of her on social media, Dream has been splitting time between living with her father and mother.
The latest reports claim that the Arthur George sock creator and his former exotic dancer ex-fiancรฉ are “trying to working out an amicable resolution,” according to Page Six.
The two were expected to appear in court last week, but their court date was postponed so that they could have more time to negotiate the custody of their daughter.
“We are attempting to work out an amicable resolution of all issues,” Lisa Bloom, Chyna’s attorney said. “If that fails, we will go forward with the hearing on September 18 so that the court will impose long-term consequences on Mr. Kardashian for his vicious online attacks on Blac Chyna.”
While it’s uncertain as to which parent Dream could be spending more time with in a possible new custody arrangement, it seems that Kim doesn’t mind taking over some parenting duties to spend time with her adorable niece from time to time.
