Bad Moms star Christina Applegate gave an emotional interview to PEOPLE when asked about being a mom to daughter Sadie Grace. A very personal and sensitive topic for the 44-year-old, there’s no doubt little Sadie is the “apple” in her eye.
“I love my kid … more than I’ve ever known [is] possible….like, humanly possible.”

Applegate explained that being a mother goes a lot deeper for her.
“It’s a spiritual thing,” she adds. “I really love her.”
Before becoming a mother, she admits that she was unaware of how much she could love someone and that she was completely blown away about the “level of love” she experienced after having her daughter.
She added that now she understands how her mother felt about her.
“I feel bad. There were times I didn’t treat my mom all that great,” saying “I had no idea how much she loved me.”
As for advice to other first time expectant mothers, Christina suggests to do some exercises in order to make childbirth more bearable.
“Prepare the area for World War … ” she starts, before dissolving into laughter.
