Jessica Biel is one busy lady, and the actress shared a sneak peek of how she fits everything she needs into her day on Instagram Thursday.
Although unconventional, Biel revealed that one way she likes to multi-task is to eat in the shower, sharing a snap of her empty plate with fans on the social media platform.

“Yes. I eat in the shower,” she captioned the snap. “I admit it. Chicken apple sausage and espresso. Try it. I dare you.”
Along with being an actress, Biel is also owner of Los Angeles restaurant Au Fudge and mom to 17 month-old son Silas with husband Justin Timberlake, so we’re thinking her days are pretty packed.
