Former ‘Bachelorette’ Jillian Harris Welcomes First Child

Former Bachelorette Jillian Harris is now a mama!

She and her long-time partner Justin Pasutto welcomed their first child early Friday, according to PEOPLE. The little boy, named Leo, was 6 lbs., 12 oz..

“I can’t remember a time where my heart has been SO full,” read Harris’ caption on a photo of the twosome and their dog Nacho, with the Love It Or List It, Too host baring her belly bump.

Harris’ partner Pasutto got in on the love before Leo’s birth with is own social media sharing, too.

“Words can’t express how lucky and blessed we feel to introduce a new life into ours and that our wish has finally come true,” Pasutto captioned a snapshot of Harris and Nacho silhouetted in a doorway.

“@nachocilantro on the other hand, isn’t quite sure what that means for him but he’s excited too,” the new dad added.

The couple, who is 8 years apart in age, had originally decided to wait before trying to get pregnant to let Pasutto “catch up” in age. When they started trying before Harris’ 36th birthday, the pair got extremely lucky.

“In late 2015, right before my 36 birthday, we ‘practiced for baby’ … and got lucky, we found out 12 days BEFORE my 36th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!” Harris wrote in a blog post.
