British singer Stacey Solomon is making serious waves thanks to her controversial bathing habits.

During an episode of the U.K. show Loose Women on Friday, August 25, the 27-year-old mother shared that she regularly hops in the bath with her children, ages 9 and 5.

Though 92 percent of people the show polled said it wasn't appropriate, the former X Factor contestant defended her actions.

"I'm not horrified at all," Solomon said. "Anyone who's horrified at the thought of parents sharing a bath with their children I think has issues. It's each to their own."

The hosts' original topic asked whether it was okay to bathe with your teenage child, so she clarified that her eldest son Zachary has asked her to be slightly more modest during their sudsy hangouts. "Sometime's he's like, 'Oh put the bubbles over your boobs mother. I don't want to see it!' But at the same time, why does the body always have to be looked at as some sexual thing?" she asked.

She continued to explain that she likens the family's time in the tub to other normal routines like eating dinner together or reading bedtime stories.

"Having a bath together is how we communicate and socialize," she said. "It's a massive part of our daily routine."

Even Solomon's boyfriend, Josh Swash, joins the fun. "He'd wear his pants or boxers or whatever, but it's my family time."

The singer posted a photo on Instagram documenting her bath time ritual with sons Zachary and Leighton in March, and critics blasted her parenting choice.

"'This is wrong on so many levels,"' she read, followed by, "'Your mind must be twisted'" and "'You have to teach children boundaries and privacy.'"
