This is just one of several legal dramas currently involving Bregoli.
Bregoli’s father is currently trying to dismiss his child support payments now that Bregoli’s making money of her own. He also dismissed Bregoli’s fame in the suit, saying that it’s “fueling a downward spiral of dangerously inappropriate, antisocial and possibly criminal behavior.”
TMZ also points out that Bregoli may still be facing charges in an incident where she and a friend threw ice cream at a woman and were later involved in a street brawl.
