At least 17 people were shot during a concert at a nightclub in Little Rock, Arkansas early Saturday morning, while others were left injured as they tried to escape.
CNN reports that no one was killed in the shooting, which occurred at the Ultra Power Lounge. In an update via Twitter, local police stated the incident is not believed to be an act of terrorism.

The police also confirmed that all 17 victims were alive, with one listed in serious condition. Others sustained minor injuries and were being treated at local hospitals. The victims in the incident ranged in age from 16-years-old to the mid-20s.

Saturday morning’s shooting was the latest incident in what The Washington Post called a “violent week” for the Arkansas state capital. The city had already experienced a week of multiple drive-by shootings, though authorities have not given any indication that incidents are related.
Rada Bunch, who was outside the club on Saturday, was trying to find out information about her son, expressed frustration about the lack of information as well as the violence.
“I’m sick of all the killing and I’m tired of all the shooting, the kids getting hurt,” Bunch said.
No arrests have been made in the incident and the police did not have a motive for the shooting.
