The different stat breakdowns show how Netflix’s global expansion helped it grow from $5.2 million in revenue back in 2009 to $4.8 billion in 2016. The streaming giant did not break into international markets until 2010, but it is now available in 190 countries in six continents.

While the U.S. makes up for 53 percent of the 70.5 million subscribers, that number is soon shrinking as international markets grow, develop and make the service available at lower prices.

Despite the U.S.’s current majority of viewership, that number looks to be changing.

Projections predict Netflix will host 75 million international subscribers by 2020, which is 5 million more than the service’s current total user base.

Behind the U.S. in subscriber totals are Canada, Ireland, Australia and the United Kingdom. New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Denmark and Norway trail shortly behind.

Business Insider reports that the mentioned European countries will be leading the growth charge. The U.K. will reach soon reach $6 million users, which is about 24 percent of households in the country.

The Nordic and Netherlands regions with each have 5.4 million subscribers with the percentage of households using the service being incredibly promising. In Norway, 33 percent of households watch Netflix content each week, with Switzerland coming in at 36 percent weekly household usage.

The Swiss stat is especially interesting as Netflix costs more in Switzerland than any other country on the planet.

An average Swiss subscription costs $12.13 when converted to USD. The average worldwide is only $8.

The cheapest place for a monthly Netflix subscription is Columbia, where access only costs $5.37.

These numbers are representative of an overall trend across the globe. Rates tend to be cheaper in South American countries, but are more expensive in Europe. This is mainly due to the vastly different average incomes in each area.

The stats also shed some enlightening information what the most popular Netflix series in the world are. Among them is House of Cards, which is set to return for its fifth season on May 30.
