HGTV announced several months ago that it would be debuting five — count ’em — five spinoffs of the mega-popular Flip or Flop in five different cities with five different but equally adorable couples, and the network kicked things off with the Las Vegas installment, which debuted in April.
Next up is Atlanta, which stars Ken and Anita Corsini and premiered on the network Thursday night. Anita is a real estate agent and Ken is a licensed contractor, so it’s clear these two make the perfect house-flipping pair.

After an introductory montage, the pair take a look at a home in Buckhead that they’re considering purchasing. In the clip, Anita says she and her husband “take on the toughest projects and turn them into some of the best homes in the South,” so we’re thinking the home turned out to be a total stunner.
